| 摘 要： | 罚金刑是一种古老的刑罚,在人类历史上很早就出现了,但直到二次世界大战之后,才在世界各国得到了广泛应用。通过对罚金刑的优势和弊端进行探讨,尽管它有着不尽如人意的弊端,但总体趋势仍是将不断地扩大适用范围。

| Abstract: | Fine punishment is an ancient penalty,which appeared early in human history.But it was not until the end of world war Ⅱthat the punishment was widely used throughout the countries in the world.Through exploring the advantages and disadvantages of fine punishment,It is known that the punishment will be increasingly applied in spite of its dissadvantages. |
