特教教师校本教研与专业化发展

在教师教育发展新理念下，“校本教研”亦成为特殊学校教师实现专业化发展的主要途径之一。通过所了解的特教教师校本教研的内容到形式等状况，发现其中的问题主要有校本教研主体缺失；校本教研的特教特色淡化；校本教研专家引领缺乏；校本教研效果不大。为此，特殊学校的校本教研要进一步完善校本教研制度；增强特教教师研究工作意识，发挥教研主体性；以特殊需要思想指导教研工作，突出教研特教特色；通过校域合作伙伴建立，寻求校外优势引进等，以改进目前校本教研状况。
