| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会是建设有中国特色社会主义的重大战略任务,也是政府的责任。先进的政府管理方式必然有利于和谐社会的构建,相反,僵化、保守、专制、封闭的政府管理方式会阻碍和谐社会的构建。在构建和谐社会中,必须要推进政府管理的创新,建设以人为本的政府管理,为社会经济发展和和谐社会的构建创造良好的环境。

| Abstract: | Chinese government's great strategic task and responsibility is to build a harmonious society.Advanced ways of governmental management is certainly beneficial to building a harmonious society.But,a rigid,conservative,autocratic,and enclosed way of governmental management will interfere with the building of a harmonious society.In the process of building a harmonious society,the innovation of governmental management must be promoted,and a human-oriented governmental management must be set up,so that a good environment will be constructed to develop the social economy and to build a harmonious society. |
