| 摘 要： | 伦理必须适应现代市场经济的发展不断进行自我更新，才能为市场经济提供一种必要的伦理资源，避免伦理资源的枯竭。当代伦理学变革的基本趋势是经济伦理、制度伦理、普世伦理得到长足发展；伦理学变革的基本原则为体现人类基本价值原则、功利性与超越性相结合原则、继承与创新相结合原则。

| Abstract: | Ethics has to adapt to the contemporary market economy development and continuously to be innovated. Such Ethics can supply one kind of indispensability Ethics resources for the market economy and avert the exhausting of Ethics resources. The tendency of current ethics innovation is economic Ethics, System Ethics and Universal Ethics. The fundamental rule of Ethics innovation is the rule of fundamental value of mankind, the rule of utilitarianism unites beyond utilitarianism and the rule of the inheritance unites the innovation . |
