摘    要:实验研究了水平圆管内插入旗形件时其后掠角对30~#透平油的对流传热及流阻特性的影响。实验圆管为Φ24 mm×2 mm×700 mm的紫铜圆管,后掠角为86°,81°,76°,70°,65°五种。其它参数范围为:146≤Pr≤206,1067≤Re≤6857,0.07

Abstract:Experimental study of forced convection heat transfer in a horizontal circular tube with flag-type insert is performed to investigate the characteristics of fluid flow and heat transfer as well as the influence of the sweep angle of flag-type insert. The working fluid is 30# turbine oil. In experiment, when sweep angle increases the heat transfer coefficient increases at the beginning and shows the highest value at =76,then drops down. However,flow resistance force increases all the time.
