| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the major problems existing in current system of national asset management, aiming at establishing the modern system, the paper emphasizes the basis of establishing two-sided contributors in the reform of national asset management system, putting forward some measures to establish the new system of national asset management, and dividing the national asset into two partsnational asset in the charge of the central and the local government. |
