摘    要:文章从人力资本的内涵入手,区分了人力资本和人力资本要素,认为人力资本是由投资所形成的、能够提高劳动力资源质量的各种要素在人体融合后的综合成果。现有理论所界定的各种人力资本,其实只是形成人力资本的要素,不是最终的人力资本。人力资本的形成决定于投资规模以及各种要素的匹配程度。

Abstract:This article starts from human capital's implication, and then differentiates the human capital and the human capital essential factor. It is believed that human capital is a comprehensive result which is fused in human and formed by the investment of various factors that could improve the quality of labor power. Each kind of human capital defined in the existing theory is only the elements of human capital formation, but not the ultimate hu- man eapital. Human capital's formation depends on the investment scale as well as each kind of essential factor's match degree.
