盐酸多奈哌齐治疗轻中度阿尔茨海默病的临床评估

目的评价盐酸多奈哌齐治疗轻、中度阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer disease，AD）的有效性及安全性。方法选择简易智能状态量表（MMSE）10～24分的轻、中度AD患者64例，按随机原则分成治疗组和对照组各32例，治疗组给予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗，对照组给予茴拉西坦治疗，观察12周。治疗前后应用MMSE，日常生活能力量表（ADL）评价临床疗效；用副反应量表（TESS）评定副反应。结果观察12周，盐酸多奈哌齐治疗组较对照组MMES、ADL评分明显改善（P〈0．01）。治疗组盐酸多奈哌齐治疗12周后较治疗前MMSE与ADL分数分别改善3．9分和7．4分（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），盐酸多奈哌齐治疗4周，MMSE分数已有提高（P〈0．05），故盐酸多奈哌齐起效时间在治疗4周末。盐酸多奈哌齐治疗组不良反应轻，与茴拉西坦对照组比较两组差异无显著意义（P〉0．05）。结论盐酸多奈哌齐能有效治疗轻、中度AD患者，对患者的认知功能和日常生活自理能力均有改善，耐受性好，安全性高。

The Safety and Efficacy of Donepezil Hydrochloride in Patients with Alzheimer Disease

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of aricept in treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer disease（AD）. Methods 64 patients with mild to moderate AD,whose score of MMSE were 10-24,were divided randomly into treatment group（32） and control group（32）,treatment group were treated with aricept for 12 weeks,MMSE,ADL and TESS were used as scaling tools. Results MMSE and ADL scores of aricept treatment group were better significant then those of control group（P〈0.01）,MMSE and ADL were respectively 3.9 and 7.4 points by using aricept 5mg/d for 12 weeks,as compared to untreated patients.There are 6 patients（18.75%） showing side-effect in 32 cases with aricept,and 5（15.61%） in 32 with control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Aricept is effective in treating patients with mild to moderate AD,It could produce improvements in cognition and ability of daily life. Aricept was well tolerated and safe.
