Trade Costs of Property Rights in Non- profit- seeking Organizations

As in profit-seeking enterprises, trade costs of property rights ex ist widely in non-profit-seeking organizations. The costs include operating co sts, various risk costs, supervisory costs and so on, which to a great extent af fect the growth of non-profit-seeking organizations. The issue has rarely been discussed in the existing literature on non-profit-seeking organizations and has been paid little attention to. Therefore, the paper explores the issue and f inds out how to reduce the costs to promote the growth of organizations.
