| 摘 要： | 党的宪法理念是中国社会实践发展到一定历史阶段的产物,并随着社会历史条件的改变而不断更新。在新形势下,市场经济体制的建立为党的宪法理念更新提供了坚实的经济基础,国家、社会的二元化是党的宪法理念更新的直接基础,经济多元化基础上的价值多元化、文化多元化为党的宪法理念更新注入了时代内涵。

| Abstract: | Party's constitution idea is the outcome that Chinese social practice develops,which renews unceasingly with the society historical condition.At the new situation,the market economy system building-up has provided the solid economic base,the binary system between the country and society is the direct base,the diversification for value and culture has poured times connotation in which is based on the economy diversifies. |
