| 摘 要： | 高技能人才是技能劳动者的核心骨干,是推动技术创新和实现科技成果向现实生产力转化不可缺少的重要力量。振兴东北老工业基地,需要大量的高技能型人才。针对吉林省高技能人才的现状,应从培养、选拔、评价、交流、激励、使用、保障等环节入手,积极做好高技能人才的培训、引导、管理、服务工作,建立高技能人才培养体系,促进高技能人才成长,充分发挥他们的作用,满足我省各行业发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The high-skilled talent persons are the core of the technical skill workers,are the essential strength to impel the technical innovation and to realize the transforms from the scientific and technological achievements to the realistic productive forces.Promoting the Northeast old industrial base needs the massive high-skilled talent persons.To the present situation of highskilled talent persons in Jilin Province,we should be from cultivation,selection,evaluation,communication,motivation,application,protection and other sectors to carry out actively high-skilled talent persons' training,guidance,management, services,establishing training system for high-skilled person,promoting the growth of the high-skilled talent persons,fully playing their roles to meet the needs of business development in Jilin Province. |
