论早期商务印书馆领导层的互补机制

摘    要:在近代中国,早期商务印书馆的主要社会贡献在于印刷简单的识字课本,让更多的民众获得了读书识字、接受教育的机会。从管理机制上看,早期商务印书馆的领导层,其核心人物是夏瑞芳、张元济和高梦旦。张元济是商务印书馆的灵魂,夏瑞芳善于经商而又大度,高梦旦善于办事,又内方外圆、待人诚恳,办事既多方法,又讲究原则。三位管理者各具特色,从管理机制上形成了一个能互补的领导班子,为早期商务印书馆的发展壮大发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:In the early period of Commercial Press,Xia Ruifang,Zhang Yuanji and Gao Mengdan were the core leaders of this famous publishing house.Among them Zhang Yuanji was the soul of the press.Xia Ruifang was good at doing business yet magnanimous.Gao Mengdan combined sincerity with flexibility when dealing with social events.These three managers were all characteristic,but each of them was complementary to the whole being.
