摘    要:马克思人的发展的三形态理论从宏观上揭示了人的发展阶段性特征及规律 ,是思想政治教育的重要理论基础 ,其对于思想政治教育的理论价值和意义在于 :一是思想政治教育的实践活动应与人的发展阶段相适应 ,现阶段我们的思想政治教育不能超越人以物为基础的阶段性 ;二是思想政治教育既要对中国传统的思想道德教育资源批判继承 ,又要对发达资本主义的思想道德教育资源批判借鉴 ,更要在继承和借鉴的基础上坚持创新 ,与时俱进。

Abstract:Three modality theory on man's development, which has revealed the characteristics and law of man's development stage in a macroscopic way, is the important theoretical foundation for ideological education. Its significance and theoretical value to the ideological education is as follows: firstly, the practice of ideological education should be adjusted to the man's development stage. Now our ideological education can't go beyond man's stage based on materialism;secondly, ideological education should not only inherit the traditional Chinese moral education resources critically, but also absorb the moral education resources of the developed capitalism critically; thirdly, ideological education should stick to the unification of ideal and reality.
