| 摘 要： | 陕西是文化资源大省,文化业的可持续发展必须走产业化、集群化的发展道路.但是文化产业体制滞后,分工和专业化程度不高,区域发展战略雷同,产业链不完善等因素制约了文化产业集群化的发展.在系统分析了陕西文化产业集群化发展的制约因素基础上,从深化体制改革,建立资源创新性整合机制,加强高新技术人才队伍建设,打造文化企业集团和培育民间文化产业集群等方面提出了陕西文化产业集群化发展的基本对策.
