| 摘 要： | R＆D国际化为企业提高技术水平，保持市场竞争优势提供了新的通道。尽管R＆D国际化活动在国外开展已经有20多年的时间，但如何更好地组织R＆D国际化活动仍然是一个需要进一步探讨的问题。本文在分析企业R＆D国际化各类组织模式及其特点的基础上，分析了R＆D国际化对企业提高竞争优势的重要作用。
