当代西方资本主义发展中的几个特点

当代西方资本主义的面貌与30年代或70年代的资本主义有很大的不同.凯恩斯主义正在卷土重来.以市场为主同时辅以各种宏观调控,是一个特点.同时,高工资高福利成了西方社会的新的风景线,资本的社会化以基金等形式取得长足进展.经济全球化和知识经济的迅速发展也改变了西方国家的面貌以及他们和世界其他国家的关系.这些情况使旧的社会矛盾有所缓和,社会贫富差别依然存在,但中产阶层快速壮大,成了社会的主流,阶级界限在不断模糊化.新的矛盾还没有充分展开.

Developments of Contemporary Capitalism in Western Countries

Contemporary capitalism in western countries differs from the old form of capitalism in 1930's and 1970's in many aspects with the characteristics of taking market as its main mechanism with macro control as supplementary device. Keynesism is coming back. At the same time, the socialization of capital is making big progress in the form of different investment funds. And the rapid development of globalization and knowledge economy is changing the face of the western countries, which affects the relationship between them and the rest of the world tremendously. Although these developments alleviate the old social contradictions, difference between rich and poor still remains and the middle class increases swiftly and becomes the main stream of the society. Class differentiation is obscuring and new contradictions await their emergence.
