天津市居民收入与经济发展同步增长的路径分析

2006~2012年,天津市经济发展进入了高速增长期,但是,城乡居民收入并没有实现同步增长。原因在于:一是产业结构不合理;二是民营企业欠发达;三是增收渠道单一。因此,应尽快制定天津市城乡居民收入增长计划与实现措施,大幅提升天津市居民收入,多渠道增加城乡居民经营性收入和财产性收入,加大对提高居民收入水平的督导和考核力度。

Thinking and Suggestion of Tianjin City Synchronous Growth of Income and Economic Development

In 2006-2012, the economy of Tianjin developed fast. However, income of urban and rural residents didn＇t grow in step with the economy. The reasons include unsuitable industrial structure, underdeveloped private economy and lack of ways of income increase. The paper suggested making plans of income increase, increasing residents＇ income,finding various ways to increase operational and property income, and supervising the income increase work.
