“网络民主”发展与民粹主义倾向

以互联网为基础的各种网络平台促进了"网络民主"的迅速发展,使中国特色社会主义民主政治不断走向制度化、规范化和程序化。但是,在民主政治信息化的新趋势中,也应高度警惕民粹主义倾向。民粹主义不是马克思主义,而且对"网络民主"发展十分有害。而要限制民粹主义在网络中恣意蔓延和生长,就要从根本上铲除民粹主义滋生、蔓延的社会土壤,加强意识形态的网络监管,避免其错误理论无限制地传播。同时,积极发挥新媒体的传播优势,实施正面引导和教育,使网民认清民粹主义的本质,从而在现实生活中不被民粹主义的观念和舆论所左右。

Development of "Network Democracy" and Populist Tendencies

Platforms on the basis of the Internet have promoted the rapid development of the ＂network democracy＂ and made socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics become more institutionalized, standardized and programmed. However, in the new trend of democratic political informatization, we also should be on guard against populist tendencies. Populism is not Marxism and very harmful to the development of＂network democracy＂. And to limit the spread of populism on the internet, we should fundamentally eliminate the fertile breeding ground for populism, strengthen the network regulation of ideology, actively take advantage of new media, and let users know the nature of populism.
