| Abstract: | With the development of Internet,it brings the conflict between the domain name and trademark. Its scope is widening. There is an essential difference between domain name and trademark. The conflict needs further study. The author reviews its economic, historic sources and legal principles and puts forward a new theoretical construction on how to solve the conflict. |
