全球化时代正义问题的实质及其困境

随着经济全球化的展开,全球正义问题日渐凸现。全球正义问题的实质是发展中国家与发达国家、穷人与富人要有平等的生存权和发展权。然而,由于缺乏全人类共同的价值标准和对正义的共识、市场经济个体价值本位与全球整体价值取向之间存在矛盾及全球范围内世界政府及其再分配制度的缺位,解决全球正义问题,正面临着解决国内正义问题所不存在的新课题。世界各国如何在兼顾经济利益和全球利益的前提下,建立平等对话机制,加强国际合作,建立公平正义的世界经济秩序,是全球化时代人类面临的重大而迫切的课题。

The Essence of Justice and Its Predicament in the Era of Globalization

With the development of economic globalization,global justice is becoming a protruding problem.The essence of global justice is the possession of equal rights of existence and development by the people,rich or poor,in both developed countries and developing ones.Because of the lack of common value criteria and the consensus of economic justice,the contradiction between individual value standard in market economy and the global value orientation,and the lack of global government and its distribution institution,however,we are now faced with the problem of global justice which we have never come across when we are solving problems concerning domestic justice.It is imperative for countries all over the world to establish an equal mechanism of dialogue,strengthen international cooperation,and set up a new economic order of justice while paying equal attention to both the economic benefits of one's own country and the whole world.
