| 摘 要： | 在新时代老龄化社会,现有养老模式不能满足老人对养老品质的追求,养老模式创新是亟须解决的现实问题。安徽乐庭健康养老产业有限责任公司探索和推行的全景式智慧养老模式,其系统架构包括智慧社区养老服务、智慧居家养老服务、嵌入式智慧养老服务和家庭养护院智慧养老服务四个子系统,能够覆盖各类服务对象的养老场景。全景式智慧养老模式人性化的服务体验、精准化的服务项目和高效化的服务速度充分弥补了现有养老模式的弊端,但其发展面临需求、成本和人才困境。因此需要提出解决思路,不断创新养老模式,满足老人的多元化、个性化的需求。

| Abstract: | China has entered the New Era,but is becoming an aging society.The existing pension mode cannot meet the elderly’s demand for pension quality,so the innovation of pension mode is an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the panoramic smart pension mode explored and implemented by Anhui Leting Health and Pension Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper found that its system framework consists of four subsystems,namely smart community pension service,smart home pension service,embedded smart pension service,and smart home pension service,which can cover all kinds of service objects.The humanized service experience,accurate service items and efficient service speed of such mode fully make up for the shortcomings of the existing pension mode,but its development is facing such difficulties as demand,costs,and talents.It is necessary to find solutions to the difficulties,and constantly innovate pension mode to meet the diversified and personalized demand of the elderly. |
