| Abstract: | The passive voice in Japanese is widely used. Many Japanese learners are puzzled by its kinds, meaning.and translation etc., which are what the essay is to talk about. According to the sentence structures,the sentences in the passive voice are divided into two: the direct sentences and the indirect ones.When translating, one must first make sure of its kinds, meaning, rhetoric and the function of the grammar and then translate it freely. As a rule, the sentence in the passive voice can be translated in several ways, so one can't rigidly adhere to a regular way. |
