| 摘 要： | 领导工作不仅是科学的、系统的管理活动,同时又是一门高超的艺术。领导工作要取得绩效,领导者各方面素质的发挥尤为重要。在构建社会主义和谐社会,建设富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家的时代背景下,现代领导者们应该具备哪些方面的基本素质,怎样才能提高和发挥这些素质,是领导科学研究领域关注的热点问题之一。
