2010年奥什民族冲突影响很深。政治因素是导致此次民族冲突的根源。奥什市长在其著作中说:"乌兹别克分裂势力计谋成立奥什共和国。"目前南部局势仍然不稳,南北对立严峻,"伊扎布特"女性成员数量激增。吉新政府需要加强主体民族内部团结、处理好民族关系、严厉打击和有效控制宗教极端主义。美俄操控吉尔吉斯斯坦局势在非传统安全、能源安全方面对中国造成不利的影响。

Analysis on Development of Political Situation in Kyrgyzstan

The ethnic riots happened in Osh,2010,has made much adverse impacts on relations between Uzbeks and Kyrgyzs in Kyrgyzstan.The governor of Osh asserted that the Uzbeks separatism forces is plotting to establish a new Osh republic in his book named "The Inside Stories in Osh riot---the truth I look for".The antagonism between South region and North region is still serious.The situation in South areas is not stable.Hizb-ut-Tahrir had promoted its management precisely,and it’s female member grows up quickly.President Atanbaev need show up his ability on control over several problems for maintaining the political stability and realizing the economic development in Kyrgyzstan:first,promoting the inside solidarity of Kyrgyz;second,promoting the solidarity among ethnics in Kyrgyzstan;third,control severely and defeat effectively to religional extremism.U.S and Russia controlled over Kyrgyzstani political situation and have made many negative effects to China in non-traditional security and energy security.
