| 摘 要： | 高职教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,其培养目标和生源特点都有别于普通高等教育,这就决定了高职院校的思想政治工作也要区别于普通高校。突出高职教育特色,强化全员全程育人意识使思想政治教育贯穿始终,以职业指导为载体,确保高职院校思想政治工作的有效实施。
