| Abstract: | This paper analyses the legal basis for imparting knowledge and educating people,and explores the countermeasures of it from the three aspects of being student-oriented,being a model of virtue for others,and teaching by law.Education and cultivation is a profession which carries a noble mission and a heavy responsibility and it deserves the university teachers to devote for it. |
