论管理公正的基本原则

摘    要:确立管理公正的基本原则首先必须考虑管理之目的,也要考虑公正的一般要求和管理公正作为特殊领域的公正的特殊性,同时还要考虑后现代管理时期的特点。据此,管理公正应该包含人性化原则、机会平等原则、按贡献分配原则、调剂原则和整体利益原则。而且,坚持管理公正的基本原则时必须处理好整体利益与个人利益的关系,处理好公平与效率的关系。

Abstract:To establish the basic principles, we must first consider the purposes of management, also the general requirements of management justice and its particularity as the justice in a particular realm, and at the same time its features of post-modern management times. Accordingly, the author proposes that the management justice should include such five basic principles as humanization, equal opportunity, distribution according to contribution, redistribution, and whole interest. To uphold these basic principles, we should correctly handle the relations between whole and individual interests, and between fairness and efficiency.
