| 摘 要： | 边疆民族地区的城镇化具有自身的特点,城镇建设不宜贪大求洋和因循守旧。尤其应避免一步到位的城镇建设主张和唯工业化的城镇化路径依赖。边疆民族地区小城镇有三个特点,并具有五种可供借鉴的建设模式,应该根据边疆民族地区的自身条件,从培育小城镇起步,寻求城镇化的非农化路径。
