| 摘 要： | 如今不仅民族高校,很多普通高校也招收少数民族学生,这对促进民族团结、发展少数民族社会都有着积极作用,但也有一些高校管理者对少数民族文化了解不多,有的在工作中有意回避民族文化。因而高校需要探索一种有效的机制让学生分享多元文化。

| Abstract: | This paper studies how university education administrators in China view ethnic minority students and the ethnic cultures that they bear in the campus.The study shows that the education administrators comply with the minority policies of the state.However,some administrators from non-minority universities located in the inland areas know little about the ethnic minority cultures,even intentionally avoid them. |
