| 摘 要： | 英语中被动语态使用范围很广,凡是在不必或不愿说出或无从说出施动者以及为了便于连贯上下文或者为了强调动作的承受者等场合,往往都用被动语态。本文将从R.Quirk等对英语被动语态所受限制的研究理论出发展开讨论,对英语被动句进行结构剖析,继而对被动句的各种翻译手段逐一举例进行分析、分类、对比;本文还将根据Halliday提出的语言的语篇功能理论,分析英语被动语态特殊的语篇功能对被动句的翻译过程所造成的影响;同时还将从英语时态的选用和修辞的角度出发,分析被动语态的修辞价值对译文的影响。
