本文阐述了翻译学之研究思维问题的必要性,从语言与思维的关系入手探讨了英汉民族思维的差异及其对各自语言的影响,特别分析比较了英汉句级语义结构在赋形表意方面的主要相异点,提出和总结了一些可供借鉴的相应的“变通”手段,旨在抛砖引玉,与同仁探讨,努力为翻译学科建设尽点微薄之力.

The differences of Chinese and English sentence-rate semantic structures in light of endowing senses with forms and the English-Chinese translating techniques

This paper illustrates the necessity of researching the thinking problems in the study of translation, explores the differences of the modes of thinking of the English people and the Chinese people and their mutual influences in terms of the relationship between language and thinking, and especially analyses and contrasts the major differences of Chinese and English sentence-rate semantic structures in light of endowing senses with forms. Beside, the paper proposes and summarizes some techniques for the purpose of negotiating with the colleagues and contributing a little to the construction of the translation subject.
