| 摘 要： | 目前我国民间存在着巨额的民间闲置资本,主要以银行储蓄的形式存在,并没有充分利用起来;而高科技风险投资却因资金短缺而发展缓慢。文中着重从政府应如何为民间资本进入风险投资创造良好的投资环境出发,以解决民间闲置资本利用差、风险投资发展慢的问题并提出相应建议。

| Abstract: | At present,there exist huge folk dormant capital in our country,they mainly exist in the forms of bank savings and are not made full use of; and the high- tech venture investment develops very slowly because of the shortage of funds. This paper emphatically starts from how the government creates a good investment environment for the folk capital entering the venture investment,tries to solve the problems of folk dormant capital＇s utilization difference,venture investment＇s slow development,and puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
