| 摘 要： | 1759年清代统一新疆后,为加强对这个多民族地区的统辖,针对回疆特有的民族、宗教与文化制定了单行法规--<钦定回疆则例>.作为清代少数民族立法的重要成果,<钦定回疆则例>在维护国家的统一,促进新疆地区政治、经济和文化发展中发挥了积极的作用.

| Abstract: | After the Qing Dynasty unified Xinjiang in 1759, a special regulation was dran up-Huijiang Regulations Authorized by the Sovereign in 1815 to exercise control over this ethnic area. As an important legislation for minority nationalities, Huijiang Regulations played positive roles in maintaining the integration of the country and the development of the Huijiang society. |
