| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,安徽省政府依据战时需要,以＂合作区域行政化＂为原则组织农村合作社,开展合作业务。安徽农村合作事业被纳入政府基层行政轨道,为改善民生、支援抗战事业做出了贡献,其自身也从自治向官治事业转变。
