| 摘 要： | 从民主与宪政关系的角度看,宪政呈现出来一些新的理论动向.这包括其方法基础、新的人性理念、权力制约主体的非正式化、正式权力制约与非正式权力制约之关系和对经济社会领域的关注等方面.这其实也是政治理论总体性发展的一个具体表现.但是,宪政始终要以民主为内核,在各自的变化中相互协调.

| Abstract: | Constitutionalism is developed in many aspects such as its' new method, new idea on human nature, non-formalization of the subjects of checking power, the relationship between the non-formalization and formalization of the subjects of checking power, the attention to social and economic field etc. It is discussed in view of relationship between constitutionalism and democracy in this article. It means the total development of political theory, too. However, the constitutionalism must service democracy, and be in harmony with it by their development. |
