摘    要:社会文化的差异产生了企业在进行跨国经营过程中的文化冲突现象。经验证明,企业进行跨国经营过程中产生的文化冲突是一种普遍现象,问题的解决一般都需要一段时期的磨合。企业的跨国经营能否成功,很大程度上取决于是否能有效地化解在异国文化环境中产生的文化冲突问题。本文就一些成功的案例和失败的案例,探讨和分析了企业在进行跨国经营过程中产生文化冲突现象的原因,分析了这种文化冲突现象可能产生的后果,研究了化解企业在进行跨国经营过程中产生文化冲突问题的方法与思路。

Abstract:Corporations always meet cultural conflict in cross-national management resulting from the culture differences. Many evidences have showed that it is a common phenomenon that will be weakened with the devel- opment of effective mutual understanding. The success of management in such corporations depends, to a great extent, on how the cultural conflict can be effectively solved. This article takes some successful and unsuccessful cases as examples to discuss and analyze the causative factors for the conflict and its possible result. Finally, the researcher put forward some approaches to and opinions on the solution to the conflict in the process of management.
