| 摘 要： | 通过对拉姆塞定价公式假设前提的修正,将消费者、生产者与投资者的利益统一而不是割裂,使需求函数随产业景气而变动,从而推导出更明确的定价公式。这一定价公式表明电信产业的业务定价具有天然的交叉补贴特性,可以解释当今电信业发展中的若干问题。

| Abstract: | By revising the hypothesis on the Ramsey pricing formula,which unifies the interests of consumers,producers and investors and results in the demand function varying with the prosperity of the industry,the paper derives a more specific pricing formula.The formula indicates that there is a natural cross subsidization in the services pricing of telecommunication industry,and unpuzzles some dilemmas of telecommunication industry development nowadays. |
