| 摘 要： | 本文主要论证了中国农村养老资源缺失问题,先从理论上比较了我国工业部门、农业部门的收入增长率,并据此得出结论:中国农村养老资源缺失。再从我国城镇和乡村就业人员增长率,就业人员户口构成,就业人员年龄构成等方面实证分析了我国农村养老资源缺失。

| Abstract: | This thesis focus on the lacking of support resources of the old-age in the rural areas of China. By theoretically comparing the income growth rate in both the industrial and agricultural sector, the paper initially draws a conclusion that support resources of the old-age is lacking in the rural region in China. This viewpoints also are supported by empirical analysis of the employment growth rate, the labor's household registration, and employment age structure both in the urban and the rural. |
