| 摘 要： | 基于“卓越法律人才”培养理念的《财税法》课程教学，在专业知识和执业技能上对财税法教师提出了更高要求。当前我国高校财税法教学除存在理论与实践脱节外，更关键的问题是师资队伍建设不能适应教学改革的需要。因此必须健全财税法教师的理论教学技能培养机制和建立实践教学技能培训基地，从制度、资金上保障财税法教学工作的顺利开展。

| Abstract: | The teaching of finance and tax law puts forward higher levels about expertise and vocational skill based on the principle of cultivating excellent legal talents. Nowadays, a key issue of teaching of finance and tax law is that the teaching staff construction is insufficient to meet the teaching purposes except the separation between theories and practice. So, we should improve the cultivating mechanism of teaching theories of finance and tax law teacher and establish training center of practical skill so as to ensure the smoothness of teaching of finance and tax law by institution and capital. |
