论新世纪中国民族理论的新发展

2005年中央民族工作会议形成的中国共产党关于民族理论和民族政策的论述,在民族的定义、民族工作的主题、构建和谐的民族关系、民族区域自治制度的建设、民族干部的培养以及民族团结等方面有更深层次的认识,这是新世纪中国民族理论的新特点,是中国共产党在创造性地将马克思主义基本原理同中国民族问题的具体实际相结合提出有中国特色的民族理论之后的又一新发展,对新世纪中国的民族工作具有重要的指导意义。
