Study on the Non rational Factors in the Moral Selection and Its Education

In moral selection, the non rational factors play an important part, they provide the psychological background for moral selection, and are the source and driving force of moral selection. They are also the sustaining and adjusting factors for moral selection. Therefore, in moral education, the exclusive rational education ——a tendency to emphasize the concept and principles,should be changed. The non rational factors should be paid enoughattention, we should attach great importance to the understanding of the unawareness of the psychological background, pay enough attention to the experience of the subjects in the course of education, strengthen the emotion education, only this way the education can be effective.
