| Abstract: | The yesterday of the Hongqi Channel is a monument of water project construction; today's Hongqi Channel faces some new problems; looking forward to the future, the dry Channel is most likely to become a modern historical relic. Taking water resources as the center, starting from the society, economy, environment and other comprehensive factors, using the optimized distribution, comprehensive development, scientific management, careful calculation and some other measures to make the project produce higher benefits are the important tasks of water men. |
