| 摘 要： | 政府干预思想先后经历了三个不同的阶段 ,形成三个不同的逻辑体系 ,然而在这些逻辑体系之间存在一定的历史错位和认知错位。这必然导致我国学者在论证政府干预的必要性时产生概念上和政策建议上的混乱。西方干预思想的形成和发展是由不同的国情和历史背景决定的 ,因此结合我国具体国情来阐述我国政府干预的形式和演化方向具有重要的理论和现实意义

| Abstract: | The theory of government intervention goes through 3 different stages one after another and forms 3 different logic systems. However, there exist historical dislocation and cognitive dislocation among these logic systems. Thus, Chinese scholars will inevitably be confused about the concept and policy suggestion while expounding the necessity of the government intervention. The formation and the development of western government intervention are determined by their unique conditions and historical background. Therefore, expounding the forms and the evolution of Chinese government intervention in the light of the practical conditions of our country is of great significance both in theory and reality. |
