| Abstract: | Court debate can help find out the truth and make the sound judgement and ruling, it can also check the accused and protect the lawful right and interest of the accused and upgrade the quality of arrest approval and suing. Court debate is also a better way of law propaganda. However, the art of court debate is very necessary to the success in court debate. This paper expounds the beginning and closure art of court debate, and the debate art of the public prosecutor, defender and the accused. |
