| Abstract: | The U. S. A., Japan and Germany are the most developed countries in terms of market economy. However, the types of market economy of the three countries, especially, the modern company systems, the stock right structures, the governing systems and the management and operation patterns of the enterprises are quite different. The analysis of the characteristics of the modern company systems of the three countries will be a great benefit to the reforms and development of the enterprises of China. |
