| 摘 要： | 本文论述了“塔式管理”与“网络管理”两种不同的管理形态 ,指出其单一指挥中心与多中心的区别 ,强调了现代管理网络化特征。文中重点讨论了 2 1世纪将成为重要内容的“知识管理”问题 ,指出知识“固化”与“物化”在管理中的关键地位 ,这对正确理解“科技是第一生产力”,贯彻科教兴国的方针具有积极意义

| Abstract: | This paper expounds two forms of management —— the pyramid management and the network management, points out the distinction between single command centre and multi centre and emphasizes the characteristics of modern management network. This paper centres on the knowledge based management which will become an important part in the twenty first century, specifies the important role of the solidification and materialization of knowledge in management. These will be of positive significance for the correct understanding "Science and technology are the supreme productive force" and the implementation of "Strengthen our nation by means of science and education". |
