| 摘 要： | 移民非自愿搬迁到在安置区安居乐业、发展致富 ,是移民长期进行社会适应性调整的过程 ,关心和支持移民的社会适应调整过程 ,对于恢复和发展移民社区的生产、生活、社区文化和社区网络结构都有重要的意义。该文总结我国 2 0世纪 90年代以来移民管理的经验 ,阐述了水库非自愿移民的社会适应调整与搬迁条件、安置环境以及社会关心支持的关系。

| Abstract: | The resettlers' moving to new settlement to live and work in peace and contentment and become rich is a social adaptability adjustment process. Caring for and supporting the adjustment process of the settlers will be of great significance to develop the production, life, culture and community network in the resettlement area. Summarizing the experience of resettlement in 1990's, this paper expounds the relation among the resettlers' social adaptability adjustment, the resettling conditions, the resettlement environment and the social care and support. |
