| 摘 要： | 通过对美国高等教育基本情况的分析,探析中美高校管理体制和运行方式的特点及差异,在微观层面比较中美高校在教师聘任考核、教学管理、科研管理、跨学科发展、学生管理、研究生教育等方面的具体问题和做法,分析美国高等教育面临的挑战及发展趋势,以期为深化我国高等教育的改革和发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on basic situation of higher education in the United States of America, the characteristics are probed and analyzed of management system and operation mode of higher education in China and the United States of America. Specific issues and practices are compared on aspects of teacher hiring and assessment, teaching management, scientific research management, student management, post graduate education, interdisciplinary development, etc.from micro-perspectives. The challenges facing the higher education are found and the developing trend is predicted in the United States of America, in order to provide reference for deepening the reform and development of higher education in China. |
