| 摘 要： | 电子商务的迅速发展对与之相应的法律保护手段提出了新的要求。首先是电子商务的标准应在世界范围内有一个最低限度的确定。其次是建立科学的身份认证制度，让适格的主体进入网络市场。再次是应承认电子证据的法律效力和全球范围内谋求纠纷管辖权的协调。

| Abstract: | The fast development of E Business greatly challenges the law.In this essay,author believes,first,we should make minimum regulation about the technology criterion of E Business;secondly,in order to guarantee the safety of transaction,we should build certificate of identification institution as soon as possible;thirdly,We should specify the law validity of electronic evidence;lastly,as internet is a kind of whole space world,the problem of the jurisdiction of E Business dispute should be settled through coordination by the whole world. |
