管理的本质以及管理研究的评价

我国管理研究评价中,纯粹的理论化和纯粹的实践导向都会阻碍管理研究的发展,因此,有必要构建更为科学合理的评价体系,来提升管理研究的质量。在分析管理的本质、管理研究的特点以及管理研究成果表现形式的基础上,提出管理研究应该注重学术知识和经验知识的糅合、显性知识和隐性知识的转化乃至智慧的获取。针对管理成果的具体表现形式,将理论与应用、知识与智慧2个维度纳入管理研究评价,构建了管理研究评价的整合模型。

The Essence of Management and Evaluation of Management Research

At present,the utilitarian values and pure practice-orientation in evaluation of management research hinders the development of management.Therefore,it is necessary to build a more scientific and rational evaluation system to improve the quality of management research.The articles systematically analyzes the essence and character of management research,argues that management research should balance and integrate academic knowledge and experience knowledge,explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.It take the knowledge,wisdom,theory,application,dimensions into assessment process,and builds an integrated model for management research.
